Travel from Windhoek Airport
Windhoek airport is extremely efficient and easy to use with cars outside waiting to transport people to Windhoek. This is normally around $30

We are pleased to offer delegates preferred accommodation rates at the event venue, Mövenpick Hotel Windhoek, as well as at the adjacent Mercure Hotel Windhoek.

Staying on-site provides convenient access to all conference and exhibition activities, as well as valuable networking opportunities with fellow attendees throughout the event.

Preferred delegate rates are as follows:

• Mercure Hotel Windhoek – N$1650 per night (single occupancy)

It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure they have the appropriate documentation in place prior to travel.

All registered attendees are required to collect their event badge on-site.

Following registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique QR code. Please ensure you bring this QR code with you (either printed or on your mobile device), as it will be required to print and collect your badge.
