The 4th Namibia Oil and Gas Conference and Exhibition (NOGC), in collaboration with its strategic partners, is pleased to host the 2nd Local Suppliers Pitching Session as part of its programme

This platform is for Namibian-owned MSMEs to pitch their business products and service offerings to potential clients, investors and industry leaders.

The Local Suppliers Pitching Session will be taking place during Day One: Local Content Conference on 18 August from 08:00 - 13:00

Eligibility Selection Criteria for Suppliers and Terms and Conditions

Application Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Provide valid Namibian business registration documentation, including:
    • Social Security Certificate
    • BIPA Founding Statement
    • Good Standing Certificate
    • NAMRA Good Standing Certificate
  • Submit a one-page company profile
  • Submit a 10–12 slide presentation
  • Attend two mandatory pitch preparation sessions

Additional Terms and Conditions
  • Applicants must hold a Delegate Pass or have Sponsor/Exhibitor status at NOGC 2026
  • Priority will be given to Namibian-owned businesses with 51% or more Namibian citizen ownership.
  • Youth- and women-led businesses are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Only complete and accurate applications will be considered. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will not be evaluated
  • All applications must be submitted using the application form below
  • Only successful applicants will be contacted directly
