As an exhibitor, you should have received an email from  AfricaOps@GEP-Events.com with all of the information needed to prepare for your stand as well as your registration links. 

If you did not receive this email please let us know and we will re-send it immediately.

Shortly after your confirmation as an exhibitor, you will also receive your login details for the NOGC E-zone via email. 

The E-zone is a key tool for maximising your visibility at the event. We encourage you to log in and:

  • Complete your online company profile
  • Upload your company logo and biography
  • Add product, service, and promotional information

This content will be visible to visitors and delegates, helping you promote your organisation and attract meaningful connections ahead of the event.
