What you need to do
To get your visa to enter Namibia, we will help arrange it through the event’s MICE Visa process. There are two steps:
- Send us your details
Complete the table available here with your details exactly as they appear on your passport and return to us at e: africaops@gep-events.com. We'll submit this to the Namibian authorities so your application can be opened — you cannot apply until this is done.
Please send your details early so everything is done well before the closing date of 11 August 2026.
- Apply online
Once your details have been submitted and approved, we will share the event code with you. You then go to eservices.mhaiss.gov.na, create a profile, enter the event code we provide and select MICE Visa only (no other category). Upload your passport photo page, a passport-size photo and your flight booking reference, then pay once approved.
How long does it take?
The process can take between 2–5 working days.
