Utaara Nadia Jauch is an admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia and the Managing Director of Jauch Nyashanu Naunyango Incorporated, where she specialises in commercial law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal advisory. She advises clients in the mining, energy, and commercial sectors on complex transactions, governance frameworks, and investment-related matters. Prior to establishing her firm, she served as Chief Operations, Legal, and Compliance Officer at Horizon Capital, leading legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions within the private equity sector. Utaara has contributed to legal and regulatory discussions on Namibia's emerging petroleum industry, with a particular interest in legislative reform, local content, and sustainable resource governance. She holds degrees in Law and Social Sciences from the University of Cape Town, together with executive certifications in Compliance Management and Venture Capital Financing.
