Terry is a globally accomplished energy industry leader with a track record of delivery across the upstream value chain. In his current role of Vice President Global Exploration, Terry is primarily accountable for delivery of value accretive oil and gas growth options for Woodside Energy.

Through 26 years of technical and leadership roles at ExxonMobil, BHP, and Woodside, he has experience working across the Americas, Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Terry holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from West Virginia University and is active in 
multiple professional societies and community groups.
