Sihandra Husselmann is a Corporate Relations Advisor at Shell Namibia Upstream B.V., where she provides strategic support across corporate communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement and social investment initiatives. Since joining Shell in 2023, she has supported communications and engagement efforts associated with Shell Namibia's offshore exploration activities, while helping to strengthen relationships with external stakeholders and communities.

Her work includes programmes focused on entrepreneurship support, skills development and enterprise growth, delivered in collaboration with implementation partners, community stakeholders, academia and industry peers. Through these initiatives, aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners have been supported to strengthen their business capabilities, expand professional networks and improve their readiness to participate in emerging economic opportunities.

In addition to her role at Shell, Sihandra serves on the Communications Workstream and CSR Workstream of the Namibia Petroleum Operators Association (NAMPOA), supporting collaboration across the industry.
