Raj Shekhar is a seasoned strategy and transformation leader with deep experience across the global energy and industrials landscape. As CEO of EnergyStrat Consulting, he advises oil companies, EPC contractors, and energy investors on commercial strategy, market entry, and risk-informed decision-making amid accelerating industry change. 

Previously, Raj served as Director of Research & Analysis at GlobalData, where he built and led a 140-strong global research and consulting organization, partnering closely with CXO and board-level leaders on growth, diversification, and risk mitigation decisions. Earlier, he played a foundational role in shaping the Energy & Resources consulting practice at Deloitte India and began his career at Hindustan Petroleum. Raj is widely valued for bridging operational realities with strategic foresight in the context of the energy transition.
