Olavi Hangula is the Coverage Manager for Oil, Gas, and Energy at RMB Namibia. With experience in corporate and investment banking, Olavi leads strategic engagements across Namibia’s energy and extractives sector. Formerly an Investment Banking Analyst in London, he brings global perspective to local opportunity. Passionate about sustainable development, Olavi supports initiatives that drive inclusive growth, capacity building, and energy transition. He holds a degree in International Relations and Business from the University of Rochester, New York, USA. A proud Namibian, Olavi is committed to empowering youth to lead in shaping the country’s energy future through innovation, resilience, and purpose-driven leadership.
