Okeoghene Ugbehe is an energy infrapreneur and Head of Business at Umugini Pipeline Infrastructure Limited, with expertise in pipelines, hydrocarbon evacuation, terminal operations, and energy infrastructure development. He is recognized for transforming market and regulatory challenges into value-driven opportunities that support sustainable growth. Passionate about collaboration, leadership, and mentoring emerging professionals, Okeoghene serves on the Executive Committee of the Pipeline Professionals Association of Nigeria (PLAN) and lectures in the MSc Subsea Engineering programme at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He has co-founded several energy-focused initiatives that advance innovation, research, and leadership development. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Sustainable Leadership and Business Transformation at Woolf University, Malta.
