Business Development Manager – Africa, Strohm

Norman Lentsch is an experienced business development professional with more than 15 years of international experience in the energy sector across Africa and the Middle East. He spent a decade in the Middle East (2011–2021), including as Regional Business Development Manager for Pason Systems in Dubai, where he supported business growth and strategic customer engagement across the region.

Since joining Strohm in 2021, Norman has played a key role in expanding the company's presence across Africa. He currently serves as Business Development Manager for Africa and Global Key Account Manager for TotalEnergies, working closely with operators and industry stakeholders to advance the adoption of Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (TCP) technology in offshore energy developments.

As part of Strohm's journey from an innovative startup to a rapidly scaling technology company, Norman has contributed to its commercial success by driving market acceptance and adoption of TCP solutions, helping operators improve project economics, reliability, and sustainability.
