With more than 25 years of industry experience, Niall Coone supports the delivery of complex oil and gas projects across Australasia, the Mediterranean region, West Africa and the Americas.

In his current role, Niall leads Supply Chain Management for McDermott’s Subsea and Floating Facilities business line, overseeing project execution, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and continuous improvement of procurement initiatives.

His recent experience includes responsibility for approximately USD 1.5 billion in supply chain commitments supporting global offshore developments.

Niall leads a global organization of more than 400 professionals, supporting major proposals and project execution, implementing global sourcing strategies, and driving operational performance, cost optimization, and proactive risk management.

Niall holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin and maintains professional supply chain certifications, including CPIM and CSPM.
