Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers and a Practitioner of the Society of Decision Professionals. Has over 30 years' experience gained in a range of activities related to the development of onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities and Energy Transition projects covering carbon capture, solar and hydrogen generation projects in Latin America, Middle East, Africa and the Caspian region. Involved in all the major phases of field development as follows: Field development and feasibility studies, Cost estimation, Brownfield development, Troubleshooting and facilities debottlenecking.  Michelle leads the London Office for Xodus Group.
