Martin Shipingana Alweendo is the Founder and Managing Director of Tenor Investments CC, a 100% Namibian-owned structural steel fabrication and Construction Company with operations in Windhoek and Lüderitz. With a background in welding and fabrication, Martin brings a ground-level understanding of Namibia's industrial supply chain landscape to his entrepreneurial work. 

As Namibia's Orange Basin moves toward production, Martin has channeled his focus toward positioning local SMEs to participate meaningfully in the offshore oil and gas supply chain. His NOGC 2026 paper, "Building Namibia's Oil and Gas Supply Chain from the Ground Up," examines the structural conditions required for genuine local content development, drawing on practical experience in fabrication, construction, and business development. 

Martin is also the co-founder of Connectd NA CC, Namibia's first dedicated creative freelance marketplace.
