I am a registered Professional Engineer with more than 23 years of experience in the Electricity Supply Industry (ESI), consulting and project management sectors. I hold a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and have completed the Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP) at Stellenbosch Business School. 

Presently, I am employed as the Senior Manager: Electricity and Hydrocarbons and Acting Executive: Technical Regulation at the Electricity Control Board (ECB), where I have worked for over 11 years. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in technical regulation, strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the management of complex projects within the ESI. 

In addition, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree at the University of Namibia (UNAM), specialising in Strategic Management, further strengthening my leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities.
