Jessica Kyeyune is an internationally recognised award-winning oil and gas professional specialising in national content development, strategic planning, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. She has led initiatives that maximise in-country value, strengthen local supply chains, and enhance the competitiveness of Ugandan businesses and professionals in major petroleum developments. She is a recipient of the SAIPEC Winning with Women Award and SAIPEC Amazon Award, and has been recognised among the Top 100 Outstanding Female Executives in African Oil and Gas, the inaugural Power List of 50 Most Inspiring Women Shaping Africa’s Energy Future, and as a SHEROE. She serves as Director of Finance for the Africa Local Content Association (ALCA). She is a respected voice and contrinutor at international conferences, where she advances African-led energy solutions, and champions the transformation of natural resources into lasting national prosperity, advocating beyond compliance to build sustainable, value-driven ecosystems delivering enduring benefits for people, businesses, and future generations.
