Isaac Hoaeb is the Managing Director of Dominion Carbon Trading CC, a Namibia-based company focused on advancing carbon markets. I work at the intersection of sustainability, energy transition, and emerging carbon trading mechanisms, with a particular focus on voluntary carbon markets and ESG integration within resource-intensive sectors.  

I have developed an active interest in positioning Namibia as a competitive participant in global carbon markets while aligning industrial development with international climate and sustainability standards.I engage with stakeholders across energy, environmental, and policy sectors to promote practical approaches to decarbonisation that balance economic development with long-term environmental responsibility.
