Ferdinand Nghiyolwa is amongst Namibia’s tested business leaders in the Private Equity Infrastructure Finance, Energy & Property development (Project Financing). He is a co-founder of a Private Equity Firm (Ino Harith Capital) in Namibia focusing in Infrastructure Investments. He serves in capacity of Investment Director and Business Development Director at Ino Harith Capital for the past twelve (12) years. 

He has worked in this infrastructure, renewable energy, engineering and Alternative Investment space for ever 20 years. 

He also serves as Director on various institutions such as Namibia Airports Company. His strong leadership, entrepreneur quality, business development ability, as well technical knowledge serves amongst one of his greatest assets propelling on the entities on which he serves.
