Mr. Elton Katangolo is a seasoned telecommunications executive and the General Manager: Sales and Enterprise at Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC Namibia), leading enterprise growth, digital transformation, and commercial strategy. With over 15 years of experience, he has a strong track record in driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and scalable digital solutions across competitive markets. 

In his current role, Mr. Katangolo provides executive oversight of enterprise sales, key accounts, and commercial performance. He plays a central role in shaping MTC’s enterprise strategy, delivering integrated connectivity and technology solutions that support international business and cross-border operations. 

Mr. Katangolo is actively engaged in Namibia’s oil and gas sector, leading initiatives that position MTC as a trusted technology partner. He enables resilient communications, multinational service provisioning, and digital platforms that support exploration, production, and real-time data-driven operations. 

Under his leadership, MTC Enterprise Business, Location and Regional Expansion continues to expand its portfolio through advanced connectivity, cloud services, and data center solutions, supporting local and regional integration and scalable digital enablement across markets. 

Mr. Katangolo holds a Master’s in International Business and an MBA, complemented by executive management training. He is recognized for driving innovation, strengthening strategic partnerships, and enabling sustainable industrial growth in Namibia and beyond.
