Graduate in Construction Engineering and Mining Engineering, Master's degree in Underground Construction from the Institute of Automation and Mines in Krivoy Rog, Ukraine, with more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, having held the following positions:

  • Senior Advisor to the General Director of Chevron-Angola;
  • Executive Board Member of Angola LNG;
  • Executive Board Member of Chevron for Southern Africa;
  • Director of Non-Operated Ventures at CABGOC;
  • Director of Transformation at CABGOC;
  • General Director of the Health, Environment and Industrial Safety Department at CABGOC;
  • Superintendent of Production and Operations at Cabinda Gulf Oil Company Limited (CABGOC).
