Vita Mateso is the Head of Energy Integration and Biofuel Division at Angola´s National Oil, Gas, and Biofuels Agency (ANPG). Prior to joining ANPG, he worked for 18 years as a project engineer at Sonangol and as an engineer of the method of inspection at Total. He has a Master´s Degree in Metallurgy and Materials from Rio Grande do Sul Federal University and is a Mechanical Engineer from Pontificia University Catholic in Brazil.
