Vetumbuavi Mungunda is the Founder of Ombu Capital since 2021 and  has a strong track record in keyrelevant fields including:

• Chief Executive of Standard Bank Namibia for 7 years.
• Managing Partner at Deloitte Namibia  responsible forconsulting and governance engagements, such asIdentification and packaging of sectoral value-chain analysis, corporate governance, strategy development and economic & business analysis.  
• Has performed work in key sectors of our economy, leading assignments that have investigated, from a perspective of policy makers, exporters, producers, and suppliers wanting to transform the sectors and he economy, create an integrated value chains for the benefit of increased local value-addition and local value capturing
• Was a member of the Presidential Advisory Panel on the Namibian Economy (2019 – 2020) and is currently a member of the advisory board of the Namibia Investments Promotion and Development Board. 
• He is the Chairman of the Boards of large locally listed companies including Oryx Properties Limited, Namibia Breweries Limited and serves on the boards of Bank Windhoek, Schoemans and the Namibia Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
