Tim Morton is a seasoned well engineering professional with over 38 years of global experience, progressing from offshore trainee engineer to Drilling Manager. He has worked across both frontier and mature basins, leading teams and complex well operations worldwide.  At Maersk Drilling, he was responsible for global wells management and later headed Maersk Training’s Well Performance Group, delivering simulator-based training for high-risk and non-routine operations.  Known for mentoring and cross-discipline collaboration, Tim now supports training and engineering capability development at RPG Training through structured, practical programmes focused on safety, performance, and stakeholder engagement.
