Tarik Bourgeois Dahmane
Tarik brings over 20 years of expertise in offshore oil and gas, specializing in the engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) for deepwater subsea projects across Africa and Southeast Asia.
Having spent more than half of his career in West Africa, Tarik has successfully delivered major projects in Nigeria, Angola, and Congo. He now leads McDermott’s commercial and execution strategy for key EPCI initiatives in the region, including emerging developments in Namibia.
He is well known for placing local capacity building at the heart of project execution, consistently investing in training, local suppliers, and knowledge transfer to empower host countries. Fluent in both French and English, he excels in managing cross-cultural teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments with agility and insight.
