Stefanie Busch specialises in energy law and project development. Her experience includes advising new country entrants seeking to establish themselves as offshore service providers in Namibia, in addition to advising international oil companies in respect of Namibia’s emerging petroleum industry.  

Stefanie serves as an executive committee member of the Contractors Oil and Gas Association of Namibia (COGANAM), where she provides legal input on various issues impacting offshore service providers and the petroleum industry generally, including local content, employment, immigration and infrastructure.
