A Lawhill Maritime Centre Alumni; Qualified Deck Officer In Charge of Navigational Watch - Unlimited Licence, holding a qualification in National Diploma in Maritime Studies obtained from Cape Peninsula University Of Technology, South Africa.

With over 10 years of experience in the maritime industry, mainly in the oil and gas sector, maritime logistics and offshore support services which includes training, education and certification of Seafarers and Offshore personnel.  

Previously held positions between Seatrain Consulting, South Africa Maritime Training-SAMTRA, Maersk Line and SAMSA MSP in South Africa with main focus in Officer In Charge of Navigational Watch, Crew Administration, STCW training and certification of Seafarers from Ratings, Cadets, Officers to Captains and Chief Engineers. 

Currently based in Angola as a Marine Personnel Officer at AFC MERCY. Responsible for Crew Management: Recruitment and placement of Seafarers and Offshore personnel in compliance with STCW and MLC 2006.
