Founder, Erongo Offshore Safety Services

Knowledge Ndunge Ipinge is the Founder of the Namibian Association for Offshore Oil and Gas Service Providers (NAOGSP) and the Erongo Offshore Safety Conference where he has been a driving force in labour relations advice to both employers and employees, advocacy and lobbying impacting legislation, service company’s development strategies and enforcement of frameworks.

He holds qualifications in Globalization and Labour Policy obtained from the University of Witwatersrand (WITS University) and the Global Labour University, Data Visualization and Cartography from the African Drone & Data Academy, Oil and Gas certifications from OPITO. 

In addition, Knowledge also served as the Chairperson of the Disaster Risk Management Committee for the Walvis Bay Urban Constituency which was the epi-center of COVID 19 during the 2020 lockdowns and currently serve as a member of the Technical Committee for the National Intellectual Property Policy & Strategy at the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) since November 2021, contributing to the integration of intellectual property into national development, including the protecting the inventions, designs, and other creative works used in operation and construction across various industries including patents, copyrights and trade secrets.
