Jesaya Hano-Oshike serves as the Managing Director of Bellatrix Investment Managers and Vice-Chairperson of the Economic Association of Namibia. 

Jesaya is an investment professional with a passion for entrepreneurship and economic development. Professionally Jesaya has worked in bank treasury management, venture capital, investment advisory and startup business development. Jesaya is actively involved within the Namibian startup & SME ecosystem, serving and supporting a number of non-profit and for-profit organisations engaged in Namibia's economic development. In 2024, Jesaya was recognised by the Global Startup Awards Africa as the startup ecosystem hero of the year for Southern Africa.
