Francesco Leuzzi is an experienced business leader and operations specialist with over 20 years in the oil & gas, maritime logistics, and offshore support services sectors. As Managing Director of Yinson Production Offshore Services in Namibia, he leads the company’s in-country operations, business development, and stakeholder engagement efforts, supporting Yinson’s strategic expansion across Sub-Saharan Africa.

He previously held senior roles in Angola, Ghana, and France, managing complex logistics, project development, and regulatory compliance for multinational clients. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Energy and Climate Policy from SOAS, University of London, along with multiple qualifications in logistics, supply chain, and international business.
