Eduardo Rodriguez is the Country Chair for Shell Namibia and Chairperson of the Namibian Petroleum Operators Association (NAMPOA). With over 23 years at Shell, he has held senior leadership roles across Integrated Gas, Upstream, and Downstream businesses in Latin America, Central Africa, and the Caribbean. His current focus is on advancing Namibia’s energy sector through strategic collaboration between government, the broader oil and gas industry, and other key stakeholders. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Georgetown University. He is a strong advocate for local content, social investment, and sustainable development.
